From Wing Ying
Dear Suwarni,  Thanks for the arrangement of the sunrise trekking & rafting day tour on 23rd Oct, it was great and we had a lot of fun in sunrise trekking! Your local trekking guide Ketut (the university student) was very friendly and professional, we could not finish the trekking safely without his help! We really enjoyed the tour a lot, we will recommend your tours to our friends if they come to Bali!
Cheers,
Wing Ying (from Hong Kong)

From Andreas
Feedback for the tours we did with you yesterday and today is excellent! Thank you for organizing these for us. Especially having two guides on the trekking was very useful as it allowed one party to return whilst the other continued.
Thanks again

From Joyce
Tour was great and for a great price too!
Our driver spoke very good English and we enjoyed having a chat to him and learning about Bali/Indonesia! My friends and I enjoyed the Mt Batur climb as it was a very different experience for us. The hot spring after the climb was just perfect and relaxing with a great view. Highly recommend. We had already visited a coffee plantation before this tour so our driver took us to a nearby restaurant for lunch instead. Loved the flexibility of a private tour. Overall great experience and good communication whilst organising the tour.
Thank you!

Batubulan Stone Carving Village has been known as a center for the art of sculpture and carving in Bali, whose name has been worldwide. This carving art by the artist of Batubulan village, Gianyar is so highly admired and in demand by foreign and domestic tourists. The history of Batubulan Stone Carving Village apparently started from a story of a Great Prince Kalesan. He was the adopted son of the King of Badung who in his adulthood was given a gift by the king to build a palace for him in the middle of the forest. Well get the mandate, then he went with his followers to a forest area in the eastern part of the Badung Kingdom. But a strange thing happened when he and his followers arrived at the border of the forest, they saw a lump of glowing stone (batu) that looked like the moon (bulan). Well from that incident, finally the Great Prince Kalesan established a palace at the location of the place and named the area as Batubulan.

The Barong Dance is a type of traditional Balinese dance that is played by one to two people wearing costumes and masks of four legged animals. Then along with its development, Barong Dance is also manifested with two-legged animals. Barong dance is said to be an art that is part of the repertoire of pre-Hindu culture in Bali besides the Sanghyang dance. Both are religious and sacred in nature which were originally performed as a means of religious ceremonies. This dance depicts the battle between dharma (Virtue) and adharma (Ugliness). In this battle, the Barong dancers manifested virtue, meanwhile, the figure of Rangda, who looks creepy with two pointed fangs in his mouth, plays virtue. The famous one is Sahadewa Barong Stage located at Jalan SMKI, Pegambangan, Batubulan, the show starting from 9.00AM – 10.00AM.

The Kecak Dance is typically performed by about forty to eighty men wearing only loincloths; their upper bodies are left bare. They form concentric circles, in the middle of which is a traditional Balinese coconut oil lamp. First they move their bodies rhythmically to the left and to the right, chanting the words “chak ke-chak ke-chak ke-chak” continuously, in slow rhythm. Gradually the rhythm speeds up and by turns they lift their hands, trembling, into the air. The kecak dance is performed for dance-dramas and the story presented is taken from the Ramayana Hindu epic. The Kecak Dance perform everyday at Sahadewa Barong only from 6.30PM – 7.30PM.

Tanjung Benoa Beach

About Tanjung Benoa Beach

The background of Tanjung Benoa Beach is a fishing village and most of the local people’s livelihood at that time came from the sea. Since 1980 changes began to occur, starting from the Nusa Dua area which is close to Tanjung Benoa. In Nusa Dua at that time a luxury tourist area was built by ITDC (Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation). There are 5-star luxury hotels in this area.

The development of Nusa Dua is also felt by the residents of Tanjung Benoa. The Balinese government has also determined the development of marine tourism there plus establishing a green turtle breeding place that is rare and almost extinct. This development also changed the people’s livelihood. Most of them change professions to become hotel employees or create a marine tourism business known as Tanjung Benoa Marine Sport.

Well, now we will discuss the water sports activities that are the vehicle for Tanjung Benoa Beach.

Flying Board: You’ll be flying on a board with the push of the water on this Tanjung Benoa Beach. The game is very popular and is often advertised on television as well.
Rolling Donut: This activity is quite popular. You simply sit in a donut-shaped inflatable boat and be pulled by a high-speed boat.

Jet Ski with Instructor – Jet Ski Solo Without Instructor – Jet Ski Tandem: You will ride a water motorbike on the beach for 15 minutes with a guide.

There are more new activities will be coming since new water sports model equipment created.

For those of you who want to go to Turtle Island with your family, you can see various turtles that are already rare in this place. In addition, your children will be introduced to animals such as hornbills, bats, Bali starlings, sea eagles and snakes that have been tamed.

Each of these water rides is very dependent on sea water conditions, namely full moon tide and tilem tide. If the sea water is being affected by the dead moon (tilem), then water sports activities can only be carried out from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If the sea water is being influenced by the full moon then you can do this water sports activity from 9 to 4 pm in the morning.
